1260 Infinity II Binary Pump (CAT#: AM-LE-0848-Y)

The 1260 Infinity II Binary Pump is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The pump uses high-pressure mixing to achieve UHPLC gradient formation and solvent mixing from one or two solvents at pressures up to 600 bar and flow rates up to 5 mL/min. The pump is able to provide reproducible gradients in routine HPLC or UHPLC applications (using UV or MS detection) where speed, resolution and data quality are critical.

• Configurable delay volume (from standard value down to 120 µL), flow rate up to 5 mL/min, with a wide range of uses
• Even in the case of low organic solvent content, the narrow diameter flow rate can provide excellent gradient performance for LC/MS applications
• The maximum pressure is 600 bar, allowing you to use smaller particle size columns, longer column length columns, and/or use higher viscosity solvents instead of acetonitrile to achieve higher resolution and/or faster Separation speed
• Low volume and high efficiency integrated degasser based on PTFE AF technology can provide fast solvent switching for purge and perfusion
• Seal wash option for high-salt mobile phases, minimizing maintenance requirements and operating costs
