Description

1290 Infinity II Diode Array Detector is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. It can achieve full-spectrum multi-wavelength detection at a sampling rate of up to 240 Hz, and achieve ultra-fast UHPLC separation. Its sensitivity is 10 times higher than that of a detector equipped with a conventional flow cell.

Features

• Programmable slits of 1-8 nm provide the best incident light conditions to quickly optimize sensitivity, linearity and spectral resolution
• Standard maximum light intensity card-in-cell flow cell with optical path of 10 mm provides high sensitivity and low peak dispersion, suitable for 21, 30, and 46 mm ID columns
• Full spectrum detection can identify compounds by comparing libraries, or verify purity by peak purity analysis, and achieve ultra-fast and efficient UHPLC separation
• Smaller baseline drift, more stable and reliable peak integration
• Wide linear range (typically up to 25 AU) for reliable simultaneous quantitative analysis of major compounds, by-products and impurities
• Simultaneous detection of up to eight signals, improving sensitivity and selectivity
• Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology used in flow cells and lamps can improve data security and traceability to a whole new level
• The upgrade option of the 1290 Infinity II HDR DAD solution expands the linear range to 30 times, making it more suitable for samples with widely varying concentration levels
• A new generation of electronic temperature control (ETC) provides maximum baseline stability and actual sensitivity
