Description

BACT/ALERT SN culture bottles are used to recover and detect anaerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (bacteria) from blood and other sterile body fluids with the BACT/ALERT 3D and VIRTUO®. Bottles contain 40 mL of media and can hold a specimen volume up to 10 mL. SN culture bottles can provide a visual growth indicator for noticeable and permanent color change using colorimetric technology.
