The AMMS® HEK293 Transfection Reagent manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for the transfection of HEK293 cells, facilitating efficient gene delivery and protein expression in HEK293 cell lines.
AMMS® HEK293 Transfection Reagent is an improved cationic polymer transfection reagent that significantly enhances the transfection efficiency of transient transfections. Following transfection in HEK293 basal medium, high-density cultivation can be performed, and the supplementation with AMMS® HEK293 Supplement Medium in the later stages helps maintain cell viability for an extended period, thereby increasing protein production. Transfection efficiency can reach 80% to 90% on the third day after transfection, and both antibody and antigen expression levels are significantly increased.
