Analysis of Bcl-2 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0053-LGZ)

Introduction

Bcl-2 gene (namely B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 gene) is an oncogene, which can obviously inhibit cell apoptosis, and some studies in recent years have begun to reveal the mechanism of this effect. Bcl-2 is the main target molecule in the study of apoptosis molecular mechanism. With the deepening of the research on Bcl-2 and apoptosis itself, the mechanism of action of Bcl-2 and the molecular mechanism of apoptosis are finally elucidated, thereby improving the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to apoptosis.

Principle

MSD electrochemiluminescence technology is mainly based on ultra-sensitive multi-factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer MES0 Sector600 or Quickplex SQ120. Through dot matrix technology, the detection of 10 indicators per well can be realized in the 96-hole graphite electrode plate. It can also be customized to realize the screening detection of 100 index wells in a 24-well plate.

Applications

Intracellular Signaling

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Plasma, Serum
