Analysis of CD276/B7-H3 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0085-LGZ)

Introduction

B7-H3 (B7 homolog 3 protein), also known as CD276, is an important immune checkpoint molecule of the B7-CD28 family. It is a member of the B7 family identified in the human dendritic cell cDNA library by Chapoval et al. in 2001. B7-H3 mainly exists in membrane protein and soluble form, and soluble B7-H3 (soluble B7-H3, sB7-H3) is cleaved from membrane protein by metalloprotease.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Goat Polyclonal

Applications

Immunology/Inflammation

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Serum, Plasma
