Analysis of Fc-epsilon RII (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0169-LGZ)

Introduction

Fc epsilon receptor (FcεR) is the Fc receptor that binding immunoglobulin E (IgE). There are two types of FcεRs, called Fc epsilon RI (FcεRI) and Fc epsilon receptor II (FcεRII/CD23). FcεRII/CD23 is the low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin (Ig)E and plays important roles in the regulation of IgE responses. FcεRII/CD23 is expressed in T and B lymphocytes, polymorphonuclear leucocytes, monocytes, follicular dendritic cells, intestinal epithelial cells and bone marrow stromal cells, and its expression to subject to regulation by a number of stimuli.

Principle

MSD electrochemiluminescence technology is mainly based on ultra-sensitive multi-factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer MES0 Sector600 or Quickplex SQ120. Through dot matrix technology, the detection of 10 indicators per well can be realized in the 96-hole graphite electrode plate. It can also be customized to realize the screening detection of 100 index wells in a 24-well plate.

Applications

Intracellular Signaling

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Plasma, Serum
