The acid fibroblast growth factor (FGF acidic), also known as FGF-1, ECGF and HBGF-1, is a secreted type of fibroblast, which stimulates the proliferation of all cells and cells of the mesodermal source and the cells of the external embryo layer, the external embryo layer and the endodermal layer. It works in development, regeneration and angiogenesis. The internated FGF box can be transferred from the hsp90 to the body and then migrated to the nucleus by its two nuclear identification signals. The FGF, phosphorylated by pkcglyphosphorylation, can be triggered to output to the cytoplasm, where phosphorylation and degradation are applied here. In cells, FGF is the function of survival factors by inhibiting p53 activity and the transmission of apoptotic signals.
