Analysis of LAG3 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0382-LGZ)

Introduction

LAG-3 is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily, mainly expressed on the surface of activated T cells and NK cells. LAG-3 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint for T cells. Like PD-1 and CTLA-4, LAG-3 can negatively regulate the proliferation, activation and homeostasis of T cells.
