Analysis of Lymphotactin (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0391-LGZ)

Introduction

Lymphotactin, also known as XCL1, Lymphotactin is the only member of the C family of chemokines, which has a chemotactic effect on lymphocytes. Lymphotactin has only the second and fourth cysteines of chemokines, and has a strong chemotactic effect on T cells. Its gene is located on chromosome 1. Its continuous expression in the local tumor can make NK, T cells and so on gather to the tumor site in large quantities.

Principle

MSD electrochemiluminescence technology is mainly based on ultra-sensitive multi-factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer MES0 Sector600 or Quickplex SQ120. Through dot matrix technology, the detection of 10 indicators per well can be realized in the 96-hole graphite electrode plate. It can also be customized to realize the screening detection of 100 index wells in a 24-well plate.

Applications

Cytokines & Chemokines, Immunology/Inflammation

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Plasma, Serum
