Introduction

Lymphotactin, also known as XCL1, Lymphotactin is the only member of the C family of chemokines, which has a chemotactic effect on lymphocytes. Lymphotactin has only the second and fourth cysteines of chemokines, and has a strong chemotactic effect on T cells. Its gene is located on chromosome 1.
