Analysis of MIP-2 (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0425-LGZ)

Introduction

Macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-2 is one of the CXC chemokines and is also known as chemokine CXC ligand (CXCL2). MIP-2 is a small cytokine that is secreted by monocytes and neutrophils at sites of inflammation. MIP-2 functions through the chemokine receptor CXCR2 to act as a chemotactic agent for leukocytes and hematopoietic cells.

Principle
