Principle

In the alkaline nitrite solution, flavonoids and aluminum ions form red complex, determination of the sample extract at 510 nm light absorption value, can calculate the flavonoid content of the sample.

Applications

It is suitable for the determination of flavonoids in plant tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.
