Analysis of SDF-1α (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0540-LGZ)

Introduction

SDF-1α (stromal cell-derived factor 1α) is a member of the α subfamily of chemokines that lack an ELR domain. SDF-1α acts as a chemoattractant for T and B lymphocytes and monocytes. SDF-1 is an important member of the chemokine family, expressed in two subtypes, SDF-1α and SDF-1β, of which SDF-1α is the main subtype. SDF-1α is widely present in various tissues and organs of the human body, such as lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, lung, muscle, small intestine, kidney, brain, etc., and can persist in these organs and tissues.
