SFC-4000 analytical SFC has extremely high flexibility, and has a variety of solvent options, allowing for quick, automatic screening of a series of columns. SFC-4000 provides an option up to three column thermostats, and each column thermostat has ten full-size columns. Each thermostat has independent temperature control, which is ideal for combining chiral and achiral SFCs in a single system. The combination of PDA detector and CD-4095 chiral detector provides a rapid analysis solution for direct scale-up to semi-prep and prep separations of chiral compounds.
