Autofil® PP Cap Filters for solvent filtration are a revolutionary new way to purify solvents for analytical applications, resulting in sterile or purified extracts. Foxx has developed the world's first monolithic polypropylene funnel where harsh solvents can be tolerated, often lowering traditional cap filter assemblies. 1. Foxx Autofil® PP is designed to easily fit on top of most laboratory bottles with GL45 thread.
2. Autofil® PP is available in 3 different types of membranes: PES, Nylon, PTFE. It is available in 2 different pore sizes: 0.2μm or 0.45μm, available in 500mL and 1000mL. Each holder provides a fixed vacuum hose connection, installation and use is quick and efficient, while leaks and tissue culture hood contamination are prevented. Hands-free operation of the filter unit is permitted.
3. Autofil® is manufactured in an ISO 13485 clean room.
