The BD FACS Aria IIu cell sorter (BD Biosciences) is equipped with 3 lasers (405, 488 and 640 nm) and can detect up to 9 fluorescence parameters simultaneously. The nozzle diameters were 70 μm, 85 μm, 100 μm and 130 μm. Samples and collected cells can be stored at the desired temperature (5 - 37 °C).
