The BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer is an innovative platform for cell analysis and cell sorting in a single benchtop unit. The system is designed with a multi-color application support, allowing to accommodate a wide range of laboratory and clinical applications.

Designed to increase laboratory productivity, the BD FACSCalibur system offers an easy-to-use software, multiple sample loading options, intuitive instrumentation and fluidic controls. The BD FACSCalibur system is fully modular, so it can be easily upgraded to meet specific application needs.

Other additions to the BD FACSCalibur include optical coupling, background suppression, clear signal detection, and red diode (635 nm) laser signal suppression.
