The Beckman DU7400 Diode Array Spectrophotometer delivers reliable results in seconds. In addition to obtaining output quickly, the instrument simplifies measurement procedures. Users no longer need an external computer to collect and control data with the built-in functionality of the Beckman spectrophotometer.
The DU 7400 Spectrophotometer has a range of 190 nm to 800 nm, enabling instantaneous measurement of all wavelengths. The Beckman model also has multi-wavelength readout capability, kinetic and spectral scanning. Users can easily find the ultimate answer for a variety of applications, including fixed wavelength analysis, wavelength scanning, spectral manipulation, and time-based kinetic/rate determination.
The spectrophotometer system is equipped with a 14-inch VGA flat-panel color monitor and a three-button mouse. Thus, selection of functions and parameters, and entry of numeric and alphanumeric data is more efficient. To improve performance and productivity, auxiliary application software is available. Software includes total protein quantitative analysis, nucleic acid assay, enzyme mechanism, single-component quantitative analysis, full-spectrum quantitative multi-component analysis (FSQT) and performance verification software.
Each unit offers valuable programs including fixed wavelength, wavelength sweep, scatter correction, net A, time-based kinetics/rate determination, subtraction/addition and spectral manipulation. In addition, non-volatile memory is the standard storage system of the DU7400 unit for compiling methods and data.
The Beckman DU7400 diode array system can be easily customized to provide reliable and accurate results for a variety of measurement requirements.
