The working principle of Big Spray Dryer: The air is filtered and heated and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air spirals evenly into the dryer. The feed liquid is rotated and sprayed into very tiny mist droplets by the high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, which is in parallel contact with the hot air and dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output through the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
