1. The fully closed circulation system ensures that no oil mist is generated at high temperature.
2. Using the BILON hidden constant temperature method, the temperature uniformity can reach ±0.2°C.
3. Adopt BILON temperature control system, large-screen liquid crystal display, PID control method greatly improve the temperature control accuracy of the whole machine. Cooling or heating with the temperature setting, the microcomputer will automatically switch to work, simplifying the operation procedure and avoiding the damage to the machine caused by misoperation.
4. The entire liquid cycle is airtight, with an expansion vessel to avoid oil mist at high temperature, minimize the high temperature cycle of silicone oil, and effectively save the cost of use.
5. The fully enclosed pipeline system is basically isolated from the outside oxygen to reduce the oxidation of the heat transfer oil, and is equipped with a unique oil mist cooling function.
6. Wide working temperature range, with heating and cooling function at the same time, the maximum temperature range: -25°C～300°C.
7. To ensure rapid cooling under high temperature conditions, it can achieve continuous temperature control from 300°C to -25°C, and the maximum cooling rate can reach 10°C/min.
8. Over-temperature protection and alarm system enhance the safety factor of equipment safety.
9. The light touch button is easy to operate, and it is equipped with a lower liquid outlet to facilitate the discharge of waste liquid.
10. The equipment can be equipped with 1L, 3L, 5L double-layer glass reactors.
