The Biotinylated Recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein, His-Avi Tag manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for detecting TROP-2/TACSTD2-positive cells in research.
Trop-2, also known as epithelial glycoprotein-1 antigen (EGP-1), is a protein encoded by the TACSTD2 gene. Mutations in this gene result in gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by severe corneal amyloidosis leading to blindness.

Source: Recombinant Biotinylated Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains His27-Thr274.
Molecular Weight: The protein has a predicted MW of 30.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 46-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Activity: ELISA Data:Immobilized Anti-TROP-2 Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human TROP-2, His Tag with the EC50 of 24.1 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
