BMG POLARstar Microplate Reader, 115-230V, model FLUOstar Galaxy, is manufactured by BMG Labtech.
Microplate readers detect and process biological and chemical data using absorbance (ELISAs, enzyme activity, and nucleic acid and protein quantification), luminescence, and fluorescence detection modes, including intensity, TRF, and polarization. A microplate reader helps to minimize operational time and to save costs, allowing researchers to dedicate more time to data analysis and generation of actionable insights. FLUOstar Galaxy offers four basic reading modes: absorbance, fluorescence intensity incl. FRET, Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF) and luminescence.
