Sof-Rol^® Sterile Synthetic Undercast Padding manufactured by BSN Medical is very absorbent and sterilized by gamma. Sof-Rol^® Cast Padding is constructed with surgical grade rayon fibers, which are extremely soft and more absorbent than cotton, making it ideal for use around wounds. The rayon fibers can wick moisture away from the skin, reducing risk of maceration. Absorbent Rayon Undercast Padding features high tensile strength and a conformable stretch, allowing to stretch into a narrower profile. So it is able to be wrapped around smaller body structures.
