PhyTip columns with CaptureSelect™ KappaXl Affinity Media can be used for the purification of human antibodies due to their high specificity for binding to human kappa light chains. This affinity medium is specifically designed for the purification of all human kappa light chains (subclasses I, II, III and IV) containing antibody formats and fragments, including kappa Fab, kappa Dab2' and human kappa IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE and all subclasses of IgM.

Affinity ligands for ThermoFisher's CaptureSelect™ media are based on recombinant antibody fragments of only 14 kDa in size and can be adapted for highly selective binding to certain moieties or antibodies and antibody fragments.
