Cary 300 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (CAT#: AM-LE-0064-Y)

Highlights

• By reducing the level of stray light, the working range of Cary 300 is expanded to more than 5 absorption units Therefore, there is no need to dilute the sample into the range that can be measured by the spectrophotometer
• Sealed optical components to prevent exposure to corrosive environments
• Variable slits allow optimal control of data resolution The spectral bandwidth can be set to 02 nm

Features

• By reducing the level of stray light, the working range of Cary 300 is expanded to more than 5 absorption units Therefore, there is no need to dilute the sample into the range that can be measured by the spectrophotometer
• Sealed optical components to prevent exposure to corrosive environments
• Variable slits allow optimal control of data resolution The spectral bandwidth can be set to 02 nm
• Large sample room to make your sample size more flexible
• All accessories are centrally controlled by the accessory controller built into Cary Instruments
• Quartz coating protects the optics from the environment and allows cleaning without damaging its reflective surface
• Dual choppers ensure that the sample and the reference beam hit the detector at the same point, eliminating any errors caused by the unevenness of the detector
• Phase-locked wavelength drive-to prevent peak shift and peak suppression at high scan speeds
