Filtration Device

Filtration is the process in which solid particles in a liquid or gaseous fluid are removed by the use of a filter medium that permits the fluid to pass through but retains the solid particles. Filtration device is used to filter, thicken, or clarify a mixture of different elements. Laboratory filtration products come in many formats and with varying properties and yet the basics of filtration and many of the filter properties do not change. There are different types of filtration equipment including: sedimentation, gravity, vacuum, pressure, thickeners, clarifiers and centrifugal separators.
