Immunoassay Technology

Immunoassay is a biochemical experimental technique that uses antibodies or antigens to measure large or small molecules in a solution, and its essence is the antigen-antibody combination reaction. When an antigen meets its corresponding specific antibody, a series of antigen-antibody reactions are generated to form an antigen-antibody conjugate. Immunoassay can not only qualitatively confirm whether a certain large or small molecule is present in the solution under test, but also quantitatively measure the concentration of a certain large or small molecule in the solution under test. Immunoassay is widely used in the fields of medical diagnosis, drug analysis, environmental detection and food safety.
