Microarray Hybridization Chamber

A microarray is a multiplex lab-on-a-chip. Its purpose is to simultaneously detect the expression of thousands of biological interactions. The process in which the cDNA molecules bind to the DNA probes on the slide is called hybridization. Following hybridization, the microarray is scanned to measure the expression of each gene printed on the slide. Hybridization is a crucial step in various molecular biology techniques like Southern blotting, Northern blotting, and DNA microarray analysis. Hybridization ovens, also called hybridization incubators, are designed to maintain precise temperature and humidity control throughout the chamber. Microarray Hybridization Oven was designed for optimal hybridization performance and ultimately, consistently reliable data.
