Microelectrophoresis is a method of studying electrophoresis of various dispersed particles using optical microscopy. During the process of electrophoresis, a microscope objective is positioned such that the movement of individual particles within the cell can be monitored in the applied field by focusing and adjusting the lens of the microscope. This method provides image of moving particles, which is its unique advantage. e. g. observation of RBCs, neutrophiles and bacteria.
