Near Infrared (NIR) Spectroscopy Technology

Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technology is one of the fastest growing and most compelling analytical technologies since the 1990s. Near infrared spectrum belongs to the frequency doubling and main frequency absorption spectra of molecular vibration spectrum. The near-infrared spectrum is produced when the molecular vibration transitions from the ground state to the high energy level due to the non-resonance of the molecular vibration, and has a strong penetrating ability. Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technology has the advantages of fast analysis speed, non-destructive, small sample preparation and simultaneous determination of multi-component and multi-channel, which is suitable for almost all kinds of samples (liquid, viscous, coating, powder and solid) analysis. NIR technology is usually used in many fields such as agriculture, animal husbandry, food, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, etc.
