The Chromstar® CL-4B size exclusion chromatography resin is based on an improved cross-linked agarose matrix with a 4% cross-linking ratio. It separates molecules based on differences in molecular weight and conformation. This resin is suitable for the separation and purification of various biomolecules, including recombinant proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, viruses, virus-like particles, and polysaccharides. It is particularly effective for molecules that cannot be dissolved in aqueous solutions.
