Clarit-E Midi 96 Stretch Double Gel Tank With 10x24cm UV Gel Tray manufactured by Alpha Laboratories is supplied with a comb block with 24 x 8 sample, 1mm thick combs and casting dams. This unit is ideal for separation of PCR products or DNA samples containing only a few bands from 2x 96 well microtitre plates and thermal cycler blocks.
The Midi Stretch Double provides double the number of samples compared to the Midi 96 units with the same run length. The offset wells maximise the available run length to 1.8cm, but enable running times to be minimised. This is an ideal system for rapid screening of up to 192 PCR fragment polymorphisms.
