CLARiTY CCD UV/Visible Spectrophotometer, Olis, Inc. (CAT#: STEM-LE-0751-LC)

CLARiTY CCD is an absorbance spectrophotometer that can be used to measure transparent and turbid samples in the UV/Vis spectral region. The supported wavelength range is 250-850 nm. The pulsed Xe arc light source produces broadband (white) light to ensure stable and bright throughput. The detector is a thin CCD image sensor with 2048 pixels. Unlike popular diode array spectrometers such as the HP/Agilent 8452/3/4 series, this new competitive model is faster, modular, and much more sensitive, and has been successful in suspensions and solutions.
