Description

The 4301 photometer is equipped with an eyepiece to visually observe what will be detected on the microscope stage. By adjusting the pair of vertical and horizontal apertures in the field of view, it is possible to isolate a small number of cells, a single cell or even a part of the cell for measurement. The diachronic beam splitter is placed in the photometer to direct the appropriate emission wavelength to each detector for simultaneous double detection. The duration beam splitter can be easily changed to select the desired emission wavelength.
