Easy Clean Sampling System (ECS) is easy to use; the operator takes the sample into any densitometer, refractometer, or polarimeter that has an opening and a sample volume of 3-4 ml. When removing the sample from the sample container, the operator presses the fill button and waits for a few seconds. From this pointt, the operation is completely automatic. Measure the sample and record the data. Depending on the system configuration, the data can also be printed, saved as an Excel file or transferred to the LIMS system. When the measurement is completed, the built-in air pump is used to blow the sample into the waste storage container. Rinse the measuring cell with the solvent that dissolves the sample, then rinse with a fast-drying second solvent (such as acetone or alcohol), and then blow dry the entire system with air. The drying and rinsing time can be programmed in the "Method Settings". Through the Windows interface, the operator can choose the time of each rinse and the drying time of each unique sample.
