The Eppendorf Xplorer Plus Electronic Pipette features the same award-winning rocking design as the Xplorer pipette line (up to aspirate and down to dispense), but with additional built-in programming and memory applications. A history function automatically saves the last parameters for faster start-up. An integrated information display confirms the test series – it can even notify you when servicing is due.
The selection dial includes all the features of the Xplorer pipette (automatic dispensing, pipetting, pipetting and mixing, manual pipetting), plus commands for multiple aspiration, diluting, sequential dispensing, sequential pipetting, and reverse pipetting. A program button can be used to customize pipetting procedures. The unit can be password protect to provide security for programs and settings.
Pipettes are lightweight with an optimally-angled head and a spring-loaded tip cone for less user fatigue. When the tip is ejected, the piston automatically returns to zero position.
