These environmentally friendly x-ray aprons are available in bib and panoramic styles. The Bib Dental Apron provides frontal protection and added neck protection with an attached thyroid collar for patients during dental x-rays. It is available in different sizes to fit adults and children. Panoramic Aprons provide additional back protection. Thyroid collars are also available for Panoramic Aprons (Order separately).
The X-Ray Protective Aprons are made of various non-toxic metals including tin, tungsten, bismuth, and antimony. Dental Aprons feature a tear-resistant cling back. Lead-Free X-Ray Aprons are 25 percent lighter than standard lead aprons and more environmentally friendly without need for special disposal, ideal for use in any professional dental setting. The outer material of X-Ray Aprons is made of a water repellent and stain resistant taffeta for easy care and clean-up.
Common in technical outerwear, this water-repellent nylon/poly material features a mini-diamond pattern which is tear-resistant and a shimmering finish.
