Flow Sorting Technology (CAT#: STEM-CBT-0027-WXH)

Introduction

Flow cytometry is a modern cell analysis technique that qualitatively or quantitatively detects the physical, physiological, biochemical, immune, genetic, molecular biology traits and functional status of cells (or particles). It can separate luminescent particle subpopulations and realize monoclonal sorting according to the fluorescence intensity and wavelength of emitted light, and can identify, classify, quantify and isolate cells in complex samples. Advantages of flow cytometry include high precision and the ability to sort multiple cells simultaneously.

Applications

• Stem Cell Tissue Engineering Research.
• Cell proliferation, viability and apoptosis studies.
• Research on the occurrence, development and outcome of disease cells such as inflammatory cells and tumor cells.
• Gene expression and expression regulation research.
• Intracellular signal transduction and interaction between biomacromolecules.
• Various pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, etc. basic and pathogenicity and pathogenic mechanism research.
• Pharmacological efficacy and drug development research.
• Transplantation and Cell Therapy Research.
• Effects of biomaterials on cell structure, activity and function.

Procedure

1. Preparation of Cell Suspension
