Description

The JX-7AT Thermal Desorption Analyzer is a fully automatic dual-stage (cold trap) thermal desorption instrument with 24 sample positions. It utilizes semiconductor cooling, with the cold trap temperature capable of reaching as low as -35°C (depending on experimental environmental temperature). The injection valve system is motor-driven, and the needle penetration is pneumatic. It features standard sample simulation sampling functionality. The enrichment, injection, and other processes are fully automated. It can be used in conjunction with domestic and imported gas chromatographs and is suitable for applications in environmental monitoring. It is capable of determining volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds.

Precision high-temperature resistant injection valves are used in the heating valve box, with no dead volume. Injection valves are motor-driven, requiring no external gas drive, providing convenient usage.
Integrated design of the heating valve box and heating gas path reduces intermediate links, minimizing the problem of low resolution caused by dead volume.
Through calculation of the diameter of the analysis tube and gas path, optimal variable diameter joints are designed, minimizing dead volume at the connection points of the analysis tube and gas path.
