G-Sep™ DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow (FF) Resin is a weak anion exchanger consisting of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. This resin is widely used in the separation of biomacromolecules in research and industrial applications. G-Sep™ DEAE Agarose Fast-Flow (FF) Resin has high chemical stability, allows for well-validated clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitization protocols, and has become the industry standard for ion-exchange chromatography in recent decades.
