G-Sep™ Phenyl Sepharose Fast Flow (FF) is 6% cross-linked agarose with phenyl hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). This resin is used to separate biomolecules on the basis of relative hydrophobicity.
G-Sep™ Phenyl Sepharose Fast Flow is available in two levels of ligand substitution to help find the optimum selectivity and binding capacity for a given application.
G-Sep™ Agarose for HIC can also immobilize butyl and octyl groups on 6% cross-linked agarose beads via neutral and highly stable ether linkages.
