The TF-1 Gas Purifier is primarily designed for various material analyses, elemental analyses, environmental analyses, food analyses, and gas chromatography experiments. It purifies carrier gases, auxiliary gases, and other gas sources in process streams to enhance gas purity.
Featuring three independent gas flow paths, this device selectively purifies harmful impurities in gases. For instance, it removes moisture by employing molecular sieves or color-changing silica gel, and eliminates hydrocarbons (CH2) with activated carbon. Additionally, the three paths can be connected in series to achieve triple-stage deep purification as required. The stainless steel filter tubes withstand pressures up to 1MPa, and the instrument interior is equipped with silicone rubber seals, ensuring low sulfur content.
