HEPA Filter FFU manufactured by Dongguan Senbao Purifying Equipment is a self-contained fan and filter module to supply purified air to cleanrooms.
At the top of the module, contaminated air is drawn in, and at the base, filtered clean air is discharged vertically in a unidirectional (laminar) air stream.
