The IKA^® RV 10 Rotary Evaporator manufactured by IKA-Werke GmbH & Co. KG features integrated heating baths, an ergonomic, space-saving design and motorized lifting mechanism which lifts the evaporator piston out of the heating bath in the event of a power failure. The RV 10 evaporator is equipped with a water/oil bath, which includes a powerful 1300 watt heater capable of transferring the temperature from room temperature to 180°C. Other safety features include intermittent operation, smooth start, recognition of the end position of the evaporator piston and timer function.
