Description

Inertsil NH2 Analytical Columns manufactured by GL Sciences Inc. feature newly developed "Evolved Surface Silica" which is chemically bonded with aminopropyl group to offer better stability compared to other brand available aminopropyl columns. Generally, aminopropyl columns are used for simultaneous analysis of sugars or vitamin E that are hard to be separated in a reversed phase mode. However, the shift in retention time has been a problem for a long time. Inertsil NH2 delivers highly reliable reproducibility and stability while maintaining accuracy of qualitative and quantitative results. In addition, Inertsil NH2 can be washed by weakly acidic eluent.
