Cellstore's first cryopreservation solution specifically formulated for pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) offers excellent long-term storage capabilities for iPSCs. After three months of cryopreservation at -196°C, iPSCs show good adherence and growth upon thawing, with clear clone edges and dense interiors without spontaneous differentiation. Post-thaw iPSCs at 72 hours display alkaline phosphatase positivity and express pluripotency markers such as OCT3/4, Nanog, TRA-1-60, and SSEA4, maintaining a high undifferentiated cell ratio.
