IRT-5200 FTIR Microscope, JASCO (CAT#: STEM-LE-0081-LC)

The IRT-5200 FTIR microscope contains a mid-band MCT detector (up to two detectors can be installed). In addition to single-point measurement, IQ mapping can also perform multi-point, line, area and ATR mapping experiments without need for moving of sample stage. The optional automatic XYZ stage can automatically focus and map or image the larger sample area.
