King CF-150 Automatic Cottoner, 220V, model CF-150, is manufactured by King Instrument Company.
The King CF150 is a high speed fully automatic reverse tuck cotton wool inserting machine. Outputs up to 180 per minute are possible using natural or polyester cotton in rope form. The cotton is torn to a pre-set length, then a blade inserts cotton into a tube in a rotating star-wheel and a ram pushes cotton into the container. Cotton Length is easily adjusted and containers are positively handled with the use of a scroll feed.

Single Head Continuous Motion Cottoner
On the CF 150 the cotton is torn
and inserted into a rotating turret that aligns
with a moving feed screw. Unit features
a built-in secondary tamp ensures that the cotton is properly seated in the container. This solid built machine delivers
a consistent output reaching speeds of 175 CPM
Machine comes with misc bottle screws and 4" wide x 108" long slat conveyor.
