The wide flow rate range (0.01-150mL/min) and high pressure resistance (6,000 psi to 100mL/min and 4,350 psi to 150mL/min) enable the use of 50mmID x 250mmL 5um particle size columns to achieve high resolution resolution and high efficiency purification, increase productivity to five to ten times the previous model.
