Description

MaXtar® MMA/MMA HR is a multimodal chromatography resin based on an improved agarose matrix. Unlike traditional ion exchange chromatography resins, it features multiple groups with different properties, including amino groups, hydrogen bonds, and hydrophobic groups. This resin effectively removes major impurities such as nucleic acids, host proteins, aggregates, and viruses, making it widely used in the fields of polysaccharides, antibodies, viral vectors, and vaccines. MaXtar® MMA HR offers higher resolution than MaXtar® MMA.
